We feature touches such as elegant glassware, unique to each drink's personality, and in-house made shrubs, syrups and garnishes.

In line with its cocktails, Sousòl’s zero-proof selection taps into the flavors, fruits, spices, and aromatics of the Caribbean. With this robust program, Gregory, who is part of the sober community himself, aims to create a space for non-drinkers in the bar world.

Curated to tell the stories behind the bottles and the people who produce them, the Sousòl spirits program highlights a wide selection of popular spirits from Caribbean circles around the world. The program will focus on the quality of the spirits and practices by which their producers create their visions and contribute to their communities.

In addition to unique offerings of Caribbean-made beer, the brew selection at Sousòl will also honor, through offerings from local producers, the PNW being one of the most prolific beer-producing areas in the United States.
