Both! We have a limited amount of spots for reservations and first come first serve for the bar and banquette seating.

At Sousòl the approach to bar food is a serious one: Offering both pan-Caribbean classics and Caribbean-inspired innovations, our food program is designed to elevate the bar experience to that of a culinary experience, further immersing guests in the rich flavors, spices, and history of the Caribbean culture. 

Does Sousòl accommodate dietary restrictions?

Sousòl proudly offers a gluten-free menu that includes vegan options alongside non vegan proteins. Please note that some of our recipes contain eggs, tree nuts, and shell fish. As well, Alliums, Capsaicin, and Cilantro are integral ingredients in many of our dishes, and due to their prominent roles, we are unable to accommodate substitutions. We believe in highlighting the rich flavors these ingredients bring to our food. Your dietary needs are important to us. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or allergies, our friendly staff is here to assist you. We look forward to providing you with a delightful dining experience at Sousòl.

 What is the age requirement?

All guests must be 21 years of age or older and have at least 1 form of valid identification showing their date of birth. There are no exceptions.

Does Sousòl allow photography or creation of videos while in the space?

We do have a policy in place that prohibits photographing members of the team without their consent and thank you in advance for prioritizing their safety and privacy.

Is parking available near the bar?

Street parking is available on several nearby streets.

Is there a dress code for the bar?

We do not have a required dress code. Vibrant colors and prints encouraged.

Does sousòl offer gift certificates?

We do not offer purchasing gift certificates at the bar or process gift certificate requests through email. Please visit our partner InKind https://inkind.com/

Can I get a table at Kann if I’m at Sousòl?

We do not offer tables at Kann while you are experiencing Sousòl. 

How do you make a reservation at Kann?

All reservation requests are booked through our partner Resy https://resy.com/cities/pdx/kann. We release one calendar month of reservations on the 1st of each month at 12pm PDT of the month prior. For example, June reservations will be released on May 1st at 12pm PDT. If you click on the date, number of guests and time and do not see availability, please hit the notify button and when we have a cancellation, Resy will notify you for your request. We do not handle reservation requests via phone, email or Instagram messages. We ask for your patience when reservations are released - they can take up to 30 mins to load the entire month.
