The Food

 

At Sousòl the approach to bar food is a serious one: Offering both pan-Caribbean classics and Caribbean-inspired innovations, our food program is designed to elevate the bar experience to that of a culinary experience, further immersing guests in the rich flavors, spices, and history of the Caribbean culture. The program will include such bar bites as Trinidadian doubles, Jamaican beef patties, sweet fried plantains, salt cod fritters, Cuban mojo pork, and tropical fruit desserts.
